Hi, I'm Jenn!

I'm a clinical herbalist and social worker. I graduated from a three-year clinical herbalism program at Arborvitae School of Traditional Herbalism.

I'm a Jersey native. My earliest memories are of getting to know the trees around me and sitting with the buttercups in my childhood backyard. I've always had a deep love for nature, and for Jersey.

For over a decade, I've worked as a social worker in the eating disorders field, and I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. That work taught me how much healing depends on being heard, and it led me down my own path to plants.

My work is centered on a deep respect for both the people I sit with and the plants themselves. My job is to connect you with plant allies that support you on your path to your health goals, whether that's mental health, stress reduction, better sleep, digestive support, pain relief, overall vitality, or beyond. My practice, including any nutritional guidance, is eating-disorder informed.
